Domestic Shipping (India)

Dispatch timelines are displayed item-wise at the time of booking.

Typical dispatch is 3–4 working days, unless otherwise mentioned.

Delivery timelines are indicative and depend on location, transporter performance, and operational factors.

Freight charges, if any, are shown separately unless marked as inclusive.

Same-day or 48-hour delivery mentions are best-effort and not guaranteed.

International Shipping

Available for select items and suppliers only.

Dispatch and transit timelines shown are approximate.

All customs duties, import taxes, destination charges, and local compliance costs are borne by the buyer unless agreed otherwise in writing.

Delivery timelines may vary due to customs clearance and regulatory checks.

Risk & Liability

Risk transfers to the buyer upon dispatch from the supplier’s premises.

Locofast is not responsible for delays or damages caused by third-party logistics providers.

Payment Terms

50% Advance payable at order confirmation.

50% Balance payable prior to shipment.

Bank Transfer, Credit/Debit Card, UPI: No additional charges.

PayPal: 7% international transaction fee applicable.

Tolerance & Quality Acceptance

Due to the inherent nature of textile manufacturing, the following industry-standard tolerances are deemed acceptable by the customer:

Lot Length: ±15%
(Billing shall be done strictly on the basis of actual delivered yardage.)

Weaving Defects: Up to 5%.

Colour Variance: Up to 10%.

Colour Fastness (Scale of 5)

Dark Colours: 3

Medium Colours: 3.5

Light Colours: 4

Minor colour variations may occur across repeat orders of the same shade. However, multiple lots supplied within a single order will maintain a consistent colour tone.

Product Availability

Certain colours or qualities are subject to raw material availability and processing constraints.

Such items may require additional lead time, which could result in extended dispatch timelines.

Customers will be informed of any such changes at the time of order confirmation or prior to dispatch.
