Yes! You can request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order, provided the item is unused, unwashed, and has all tags intact. To initiate, email us at support@livaasa.com with your order ID.
We’re sorry if that happens! Please email us a photo or video of the product within 48 hours of delivery at support@livaasa.com, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.

Currently, we do not offer custom stitching or alterations. However, we’re working on expanding options for personalized fits in the future.
