Return & Exchange

At Livaasa, we want you to love what you wear. If you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help with easy returns and exchanges.


1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

  • You can request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • To be eligible, the product must be:

    • Unworn, unwashed, and unused

    • In its original packaging with all tags intact

    • Free from stains, perfume, or any signs of wear

Please note: Returns will not be accepted for items purchased on sale, discounts, or special offers unless they are received in a damaged or defective condition.


2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and quality reasons, the following cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Innerwear or accessories (if any)

  • Customized or altered products

  • Gift cards or vouchers


3. How to Initiate a Return

  1. Email us at support@livaasa.com with your order ID and reason for return/exchange.

  2. Our team will confirm eligibility and share return pickup details.

  3. Once the product is received and quality-checked, your exchange or refund will be processed.


4. Refund Process

  • Prepaid Orders: Refunds will be initiated to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after the product passes quality inspection.

  • COD Orders: Refunds will be issued via bank transfer or UPI after confirmation.

  • Shipping or COD charges (if any) are non-refundable.


5. Exchange Process

  • If you’d like to exchange for a different size or style, please mention it while raising the return request.

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability. If unavailable, a refund will be issued instead.


6. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a defective or wrong item:

  • Kindly share a photo or video of the product within 48 hours of delivery at support@livaasa.com.

  • We’ll arrange a free replacement or refund after verifying the issue.


7. Return Pickup & Shipping

  • We offer free reverse pickup in most serviceable pincodes.

  • In case reverse pickup is not available, you may be asked to ship the product back to us, and the courier cost will be reimbursed (up to a fixed limit).
